Our cuisine

We recommend that customers who are aware of any intolerance or allergy problems specify this when ordering so that the pizza chef can operate correctly and avoid even the slightest contamination of allergens (according to procedures already used in the preparation of gluten-free dishes). It should also be noted that certain dishes cannot be prepared simply by removing the allergen, as it is an essential part of the recipe.

Main allergens: Crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soya beans, milk (lactose) and cheese, dried fruit, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphites, lupine, molluscs, as well as all products derived from them.
